Try this technique when you’re avoiding one of the tasks you have set yourself but can’t seem to get started with it.

  • Break the tasks down into smaller tasks.
  • Does the task still seem daunting? If so then
  • Break it down into yet smaller tasks.
  • Keep doing this until you end up with a list of tasks that you can easily and happily achieve.
